OK, I know many people say they ‘haven’t got time’. But you have to ask, am I worth it, how much do I want to lose weight? I really can’t believe, I am giving this advice after years of failing miserably to do anything about mine, but there is definitely something about this healthy eating which stops the cravings for all the naughty and unhealthy stuff that you fancied before. You simply have to try it!
I got up an extra 20 minutes early to prepare my breakfast and lunch all at the same time.
Breakfast was simple with minimal cooking, just the mushrooms in the pot which went in the microwave. If you read Friday’s post you’ll remember that I didn’t actually eat the boiled eggs I had prepared, so here they are, thinly sliced with lovely thinly sliced fresh tomatoes sprinkled with salt and pepper, and smoked salmon with fresh lemon juice.
Here is the lime mousse and raspberries that I left last night. A green salad of leaves, cucumber and cherry tomatoes with a half salmon portion to flake over it. I made the Frittata for breakfast yesterday so I could have a piece for today’s lunch.
I did take some crudités as well as an apple and a diet drink. I’ll give myself some brownie points for being soooo organised, but don’t forget, I am making eating well my No 1 priority!
Again, I wasn’t hungry later, so didn’t eat anything.

Well done Caroline – I did the same yesterday. 4 plastic tubs of food in my little lunch bag yesterday and didn’t get hungry at all… It works!
